Everhurst uses information you provide to respond to business inquiries, maintain related correspondence and administer authorized partner access.
Information you provide
When you email Everhurst, you choose what to share. This may include your name, organization, email address, message and attachments. Please keep passwords, banking details, sensitive personal information and confidential documents out of general inquiries.
If an online inquiry form is available, it requests your name, organization, business email, inquiry category and message. Limited technical information is also processed to help prevent abuse.
Website and partner access
Hosting and security services may process request information, including your IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. The application does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics.
Partner sign-in uses authentication cookies to maintain your session. Account details, permissions, multifactor authentication and security events help administer access and protect private materials. You do not need a partner account to browse the public website.
Providers and retention
Email, hosting and authentication providers process information to operate their services. Provider arrangements, processing locations and retention periods are still being confirmed.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions, or to request a correction or deletion, email info@everhurst.com. Describe your request without sending sensitive documents. Everhurst may need to verify your request and identify the relevant records before responding.
